Future of the web

I noticed this great example of an Intranet portal that illustrates how Rich Internet Applications gave this organization’s employees a seamless interface to vast amounts of customer and sales data. Previously, employees had to wade through multiple systems and pages to gather the necessary information for a given account. In the process, too much time was wasted searching for key information.
