Last day at American Express

Today is my last day at American Express, and after almost 2 years of contract work, I must say it has been great working with such a knowledgable group of developers and professionals. We have truly created some amazing applications and pushed the boundaries of technology every time we could. Do not underestimate the potential of this group or anyone of you individually. Many times I have thought of how desirable a group like this would be to any corporation: perfectly balanced, with a wide variety of skillsets and most important, capable of undertaking any size project, any level of complexity and delivering quality products, not even matched by commercial software development companies on the market.

I will miss the times we worked till the end of the day and the times we worked through the night into the next morning. (maybe not so much…)

I would like to thank everyone in Miramar and everyone in New York I have worked with. Thank you for everything. I wish you all the very best and hope to work with you again sometime. Take care and stay in touch.
