Windows style hierarchical menu

Building Rich Internet Applications in Flash requires trying to apply the "software in a browser" concept. In order to do this you may need to create an application that look and feels like desktop software, and one of the first things common to any Windows application is the hierarchical menu on top of the screen.

I had attempted in one of my experiments to create such a dynamic menu, but stopped working on it a while ago. Well, Hamza Fawzi has come up with a very good component that is XML driven and has many, many methods to customize it any way you want to.
