It is that time of the year when the steamy South Florida weather with its unbearable humidity just makes me want to move anywhere North. I have always wanted to move to the West coast and keep an eye open for a reasonable priced house. Now and then, I check out the listings for the Puget Sound, Portland and why not, San Francisco. Now, I do not know what parallel universe Northern California is in, but it seems the General laws of real estate and common sense do not apply there.
